That Comedy Show at The Royal
Wellington’s newest weekly comedy show.
Billy T and 2013 Fred Award nominee, James Nokise, hosts this Thursdays That Comedy Show at The Royal, a brand new weekly stand-up comedy night.
Having performed a critically successful sell out season of So, So Gangsta during this year’s International Comedy Festival, James has established himself as one of the nation’s premier comedians. The show features the cream of Wellington’s comedy crop performing cutting edge comedy that pokes fun at all forms of society.
“It’s awesome that we have another comedy room up and running. We used to have shows at The Royal a few years back and so it’s great to return. People will be really impressed with the up and coming talent we have to offer,” says Humorous Arts Trust’s Jerome Chandrahasen.
As well as James, the show also features Alexander Sparrow, Ants Heath, Jennifer O’Sullivan and Vitale Joseph. The show is approximately an hour and a half long and The Royal are offering drinks specials.
