Delete Delete play Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch next week

The Christmas shopping is on hold and the Moogs and Voxs are getting a workout - Auckland synth-guitar trio Delete Delete play their first NZ tour next week.

The band - Lani Purkis, Chris van de Geer and Kurt Shanks - are previewing new tunes including their early 2014 release Between The Lines (single), the follow-up to their debut AA single What Do You Take Me For / Sedated.

RipItUp online said of the debut: 'Tongue on battery sizzling synths, crashing guitars and a lyrical thrust delivered with a jaw out, leg splitting mouth-watering swagger.”

•       Darkroom, Christchurch (Sat Dec 21) with House of Mountain. (Free gig).
