Punk Rock and Hardcore festival 'Up Your Alley' announced for November


Auckland CBD, look out because the Punk and Hardcore kids are storming downtown for three nights in November for the Up Your Alley Festival at Ding Dong Lounge! A mash up of 14 bands have been announced to play at Auckland's premier Rock bar on Wyndham Street in the heart of the city on Thursday 20 November, Friday 21 November and Saturday 22 November.

"There's a solid range of Punk, Rock & Hardcore bands in Auckland and we wanted all the best bands on the same lineup" says festival organiser, Andrew Treeby.

Melodic Hardcore and Pop Punk act Braves and sing-along Ska Punk band Night Gaunts headline the Friday and Saturday night, while Rock n Roll act Bad State head the Thursday. Other festival highlights include Skulls, bringing a raw Punk sound to the lineup, Melodic Post-Hardore five piece Forgotten Generation and Glenn Danzig covers band Bonezig.
