Join us as we present two concerts featuring some of the world’s most loved orchestral repertoire. Dress in your finest and Dance with Us as we feature some of the best orchestral dance repertoire at 12pm, and then unleash your inner diva and raise your voices at 1.30pm to celebrate the Christmas season with our Christmas Sing-a-long.

DANCE WITH US

WORKSHOP - 10.30am, Te Marae

PERFORMANCE - 12.00pm, Wellington Foyer

Have you ever wanted to dance to a live Orchestra? Here’s your chance! Join choreographer Lyne Pringle as she leads you through some simple moves in our Dance With Us workshop at 10.30am in Te Marae. Then dust off your dancing shoes and join us at midday when you can dance along to the NZSO as they perform a host of orchestral dance favourites in the Wellington Foyer.

CHRISTMAS SING-A-LONG

PERFORMANCE – 1.30pm, Wellington Foyer

Unleash your inner diva and raise your voices as you celebrate the Christmas season with the NZSO and choirs from Chilton Saint James School and St Patrick’s College. We’ll share a range of sparkly Christmas Carols and orchestral favourites and jingle our way through the afternoon.
