charlatan clinic are pleased to announce the world premiere of the first of six WHORE films: 'Illegal Migrant' to be screened at Lot 23 studio on the 14 February, 2015.
"She hails from Brazil. Arrived in NZ on a tourist visa in the hope of finding love or a good job. Instead she resorts to sex work sleeping with both straight & bisexual men. She has one friend who she confides in; lives in fear of being deported."
NZFA (New Zealand Film Archive) have kindly donated topical and sex work-related footage to the event, as well as LYC (Love Your Condom), Splice, Paper Bag Princess, Four Eyes Media NZ, Lot 23 and many other creatives.
