Foo Fighters Auckland Town Hall Charity Concert Cancelled
Foo Fighters Auckland Town Hall Charity Concert
Cancelled
It is with great regret that we advise that the Foo Fighters charity concert scheduled at the Auckland Town Hall tomorrow night (Friday 20 February, 2015) has been cancelled.
A truck carrying essential band equipment was involved in a serious accident today whilst travelling from Christchurch to Auckland.
Thankfully the driver is expected to be ok.
The specialised equipment on the truck was so badly damaged it cannot be used. Replacement equipment is being flown from Los Angeles to Auckland in time for the Foo Fighters Mt Smart concert on Saturday night. The Auckland Mt Smart show will proceed as scheduled.
Patrons who purchased tickets for the Friday Town Hall show will receive a full refund.
The credit card used to purchase tickets will be refunded automatically by Ticketmaster. The refund process can take up to 5 days, once processed, please allow 3-5 days for this to show on both your Balance and Statement.
Fans wishing to make a donation to New Zealand Music Foundation are able to do so herehttp://bit.ly/DonateNZMF
Foo Fighters and Frontier’s thoughts are with our crew member for a full recovery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to ticket buyers.
