TV chef and comedian team up for fundraising breakfast
TV’s Food Truck chef Michael Van de Elzen and
comedienne / musician Jackie Clarke will entertain guests at
the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation’s third annual Pink Ribbon
Breakfast on Sunday May 3. NZBCF ambassador and former Miss
Universe Lorraine Downes will also speak at the breakfast
– her mother was successfully treated for breast cancer in
2012.
The breakfast will be held in the Auckland University Alumni Marquee, on the lawns in front of Old Government House at the University. Earlybird tickets (up to 17th April) are $79 per person, $750 for a table of 10, with proceeds going to NZBCF Counselling, a new, free professional counselling service for women with breast cancer, available anywhere in NZ.
In addition to a delicious breakfast and a glass of bubbles, guests will receive a goody bag. Lucky dip sales and an auction will contribute to the funds raised.
To book tickets or to find out how to host your own breakfast, visit www.pinkribbonbreakfast.co.nz or call 0800 902 732.
