Stuck for the perfect Mother’s Day idea? Want a gift that gives you more time with your mum and you both reap the benefits?
Sign up for Walking Stars, the walking half-marathon through Auckland’s vibrant city nightlife. Not only will you be creating fantastic memories with your mum, you will also be helping raise vital funds for two cancer charities.
Buy your mum her registration and sign up too – that way you can train together and do the 21km walk together. You may even want to get your whole family involved.
Walking Stars, on Saturday, November 28, starts and finishes in Auckland Domain and takes in the Auckland’s vibrant CBD.
Early bird registrations are $49 ($65 with a commemorative T-shirt). Registration includes a $40 Shoe Science voucher, training plans and a healthy eating plan.
