CRAIG ELLIOT - Abandoned Theme Park
Single from MUZAI Records latest signing Craig Elliot.

A caffeine rush of programmed drums and freak-pop guitars beckons the work of New Zealand (by way of London and Amsterdam) musician Craig Elliot - who's dual EP's are to be compressed into one cassette tape release through MUZAI Records in 2015.

"Abandoned Theme Park", originally from the Evil Billet-Doux EP released earlier this year, is barrage of noise and psychadelica (or noiseadelica if you want a portmanteau) that beneath it all lays a pop like sensibility that at times can draw comparisons of an early Mint Chicks or Deerhoof. It's that slight ADHD approach to songwriting which has caught Elliot's attention to the label. That, and the fact he's a New Zealander in Europe. So we get to boast being a UK based NZ record label with a European based NZ songwriter.

The compiled works of Craig Elliot are due for release on cassette tape in what we in the business like to call Q3 (which essentially means towards July/August time).
