We are proud to announce that The Christchurch Art Show top ten art works selected by Judge David Woodings are (in no particular order):
· Janneth Gil What if... Untitled 2014, photography.

· Kate Beatty Flying Heron 2015, oil on board.

· Kathryn Furniss Together 2015, acrylic on canvas.

· Megan Huffadine Wunderkammer #1 2015, mdf, gesso, acrylic paint and mediums.

· Pavithra Devadatta Song in the Air 2014, watercolour on paper.

· Nigel Wilson Orchard Series 2014, oil on canvas.

· Tania Bostock Newspaper, Rego. Teaspoon, Glue. 2015, acrylic & mixed media.

· Zaron Marshall Travis Swamp, Autumn 2015, oil.

· Yvonne Hammond Remembrance 2015, NZ flax/ harakeke.

· Stephanie McEwin Black Beach 2014, oil on canvas.

The top ten artworks were shown at a preview held by The Christchurch Art Show at The Colombo in Christchurch last Thursday night 7/05/2015.
The winner of The Christchurch Art Show Award will be announced at the opening night event at The Events Centre, Wigram Air Force Museum. The Lawson’s Dry Hills People’s Choice Award will be announced post show after voting has closed. You can vote for your favourite when you view the top ten at The Christchurch Art Show this June.

Opening Night:
Thursday 11th June 2015 7:30pm
Tickets $35.00 (Available online – This is a pre-sale event)

Show Days:
Friday 12th June 2015 10am - 7pm
Saturday 13th June 2105 10am - 7pm
Sunday 14th June 2015 10am - 3pm
Tickets are $10.00 each on the door or purchase online today.
