Bake and Sweets Show - July 2015
The Bake and Sweets
Show is proud to announce that Global Baker Dean
Brettschneider will be taking time out of his busy global
schedule to share the very latest baking tips & tricks from
a global perspective.
He will be giving two demonstrations each day on the main Bake and Sweets All Stars Stage and will be signing books, plus giving expert baking advice in a special Q & A session.
Dean likes the idea that The Bake and Sweets Show is dedicated to a very passionate section of the food Industry, focused on a love of delicious baking and confectionery.
The show will be purposefully run over the weekend of the 28 & 29 November at The North Shore Events Centre Auckland, perfectly timed for the Christmas season where baking and confectionery are on ‘everybody’s lips’.
The Bake and Sweets Show will offer visitors a variety of interactive demonstrations, from celebrity bakers and chefs on the Bake and Sweets All Stars Stage. There will be a demonstration kitchen, presenting cake decorating, baking tips, chocolate sculptures and treats, a variety of competitions, children's entertainment, specialty breakout areas and exhibitors promoting their products and services.
People have responded with enthusiasm for this type of weekend as it’s a family orientated, wonderful way to taste and shop in a fun environment that offers such a wide range of scrumptious goodies - all under one roof.
