FIS Snowboard World Cup Halfpipe Finals, Winter Games Snowboard Big Air, AFP Freeski Big Air, Closing Ceremony


Wrapping up 11 stunning days of competition, on Sunday 30 August Cardrona Alpine Resort will host the final events and closing ceremony of the Audi quattro Winter Games NZ.

9.45am Performance by Mount Aspiring College Kapa Haka Group at the
bottom of the Halfpipe

10am - 12pm FIS Snowboard World Cup Halfpipe Finals
Flower and Medal Ceremony will take place at Halfpipe
immediately following competition

1.50pm Aerial Display by Ivan Krippner

2pm - 3.45pm Winter Games NZ Snowboard Big Air Finals &
AFP Freeski Big Air Finals

4.00pm Closing Ceremony commences
Ceremonial zone will be positioned adjacent to VIP tent,
close to the bottom of McDougall's chairlift.

Medal Ceremonies for Snowboard and Freeski Big Air

Presentation of the Mons Royale Progression Scholarship

Presentation of Team Trophy by Sarah Lewis, Secretary-General
