Summer Star Trek is back!

Summer Star Trek is back!

It’s year three of our five year mission: To boldly go where no Wellingtonian has gone before!

Join us for an exciting space adventure and see a live, outdoor theatrical performance of the Star Trek: The Original Series episode - “Mirror, Mirror.”

In this year’s episode, Kirk, Uhura, McCoy and Scotty are transported to an alternate universe where the Federation is evil; Kirk is a tyrant – and Spock has a goatee!

Featuring action, evil twins, McCoy’s famous “Dammit, Jim, I’m a doctor, not an engineer!”, and some of the best fake facial hair in Wellington, “Mirror, Mirror” is a fan favourite.

So grab some friends or family and come and enjoy a wonderful show in the leafy sheltered Aro Park in Aro Valley. Make a picnic or get the best fish & chips from Aro Fish and Chip Shop not far from the park.

All performances are free with koha gratefully accepted.

The Aro Park shows are January 14-16 and 21-23 at 6.30, with pre-show entertainment from 6PM. A show is also in the works for Dowse Square on 20 February 2016.
