Wellington drive-in cinema to show Labyrinth after fan requests

Firefly Cinemas, New Zealand's only drive-in cinema, had a huge number of requests to show Labyrinth after David Bowie's passing on January 10th. Labyrinth is arguably one of Bowie's finest pieces of work.
Marketing Director Brady Dyer said "Labyrinth has always been on our list of movies we want to bring to the community in a drive-in cinema capacity. After hearing of David Bowie's final struggle with cancer we decided now would be the perfect opportunity to screen Labyrinth, as a well to celebrate Bowie's extensive career in the entertainment industry.
Tickets are on sale now from www.FIREFLY.nz for $30/vehicle. Tickets are selling very quickly, and a second session is likely to be added for the Wairarapa too.
