Mayoral Writers’ Grant Open
Applications are invited for the second Auckland Mayoral Writers’ Grant.
Mayor Len Brown established the $12,000 grant in 2014 to capture Auckland life in the written word. It will be awarded to a local writer on completion of a quality text work about living in Auckland.
“I am pleased to announce this new round of funding and am very excited about another set of great, high quality proposals from talented Auckland writers,’ says Len Brown.
Applications close at 5pm on Friday 19 February. Apply online here.
The award will be announced in May.
