It’s less than a month until we flick the switch and open the NZ International Comedy Fest powered by Flick Electric Co.! We launch into the high-voltage hilarity with the Flick Electric Co. Comedy Gala live at ASB Theatre on Friday 22 April presenting an electrifying line-up of what’s to come over the next three weeks of Festival madness.

Rhys Darby will host a bevy of top class local and international comedians that are turning it on at the Flick Electric Co. Comedy Gala.

The newest additions to this powerful line-up are…. Irish comedian Jimeoin, Aussie matesSammy J & Randy, Scotsman Daniel Sloss (as seen on The John Bishop Show and Conan), French raconteur Marcel Lucont, 2015 & 2014 Best International Show Winners Nish Kumarand James Acaster, and the musical stylings of American cowboy, Wilson Dixon.

A riotous bunch of exceptional comics have already been announced including crowd favouriteArj Barker (USA), Australia’s Felicity Ward, triple j breakfast host & Aria Award winner Matt Okine and Kiwi fave Urzila Carlson.

Filmed for TV3, this will be an unforgettable night of fast-paced comedy, showcasing the stellar array of comedians at this year’s Fest.
