BeatBox Presents: BoxFresh Live! #2
BeatBox Presents:
BoxFresh Live! #2
Late last year, BeatBox rehearsal space in
Christchurch launched and hosted a series of intimate gigs
which were filmed, recorded and released as BoxFresh Live!
We are now very proud to release the next series of gigs, this time featuring all new artists, and a different location over at our neighbour’s place, inside Sawtooth Studios. Our aim with this second instalment is to present a lush production in a beautiful, intimate studio setting.
Each time we aim to present something specifically unique for the bands, audiences and those following each BoxFresh Live! session on-line.
The second release of BoxFresh Live! features some exceptional performances from August Fields, Decades and Skelter, who were each invited to perform an unplugged style set of their re-interpreted material, in front of a live audience.
Two tracks from each band’s set have been selected and mixed to produce a high quality BoxFresh Live! recording.

We already have plans well under way for BoxFresh Live! #3 which will be held at the beautiful Isaac Theatre Royal. We will continue showcasing a diverse range of Christchurch artists, covering multiple genres, so we can feature the city’s exceptional musical talent and broaden awareness globally for Christchurch music.
This production was
made possible with the amazing support of our
sponsors:
Cosmic, Belmont Productions, MusicWorks, The
Mainland Foundation, & The Sitting Room.
