Auckland Underground Film Festival
Auckland Underground Film Festival
The Auckland Underground Film
Festival is fast approaching and it’s packed with
challenging and entertaining video works from New Zealand
and around the world. Head underground to the Academy
Cinemas on Friday September 30th to witness the kind of
films you’re unlikely to see anywhere else. From comedic
docos and chilling drama to glorious abstraction, we’ll
send you on a journey through the minds of thirteen
independent filmmakers and artists. We’ll be announcing
the line-up through our website and Facebook page over the
next few weeks, so stay tuned! Whether you’re an
experimental film aficionado or just feel like seeing
something different on your Fridaynight, come on down and
revel in underground cinema with us. Furthermore, thanks to
support from the Waitemata Local Board and the Wallace
Foundation, entry is completely free!

Cinemas, 44 Lorne Street, Auckland CBD
