Off
29th September 2016
Variety – the Children’s Charity hosted a Trademe auction to raise funds for Kiwi kids in need with the help of Harraways.
The Trademe auction has now ended, with Ben Smith fans participating in a last minute bidding war for the highly anticipated rugby jersey and boots signed by the popular rugby star.
The auction raised $565 for Variety – the Children’s Charity. Harraways matched the figure, raising a final total of $1,130 for Variety’s Have a Go Scholarship fund.
This gives at least 4 Kiwi kids the chance to take part in extra-curricular activities of their choice – anything from dancing and learning the guitar to playing rugby!
Rugby star, Ben Smith, wore the signed boots and rugby jersey in a Harraways television ad.
