Brand New Public Speaking And Storytelling Conference Coming To The Capital
Speaking With Purpose is a one day conference for those looking to increase their public speaking confidence and develop their storytelling techniques.
Hosted at the Roxy Cinema in Miramar, on Monday 27th March, 2017, the full day conference brings together an impressive speaker line-up to share insights and facilitate workshops on a vast variety of topics for attendees in the capital.
All early bird options have already been sold along with over half the 25s-and-under registrations.
The conference is produced by DK who recently managed the Wellington City Council funded city-wide activation project, Collider, where he oversaw nearly 200 events in 14 months.
“Reflecting on attending over 150 events in 2016 there was an opportunity to offer something for practitioners to learn how to tell a story with clarity, impact and purpose. Speaking With Purpose features accomplished leaders in their fields who can offer crucial ideas and strategies from forming a narrative or captivating an audience, right through to having a brilliant slide deck and understanding how to use body language for maximum impact.”
