Henry Perenara will referee the other Pool B game between New Zealand and Scotland at Christchurch Stadium on Saturday, while Ben Thaler has been given charge of the England-Lebanon clash at Sydney Football Stadium.

The first match of Sunday's double-header at Townsville Stadium between Italy and USA will be refereed by Ashley Klein, while Chris Kendall will control the second game between Fiji and Wales.
