PORSE is looking for the next cover star for its 2019 calendar.
Each year, PORSE In-Home Childcare produce a top-quality calendar, capturing some of the magical moments of childhood, which is distributed to families around the country. This year PORSE want to give families the opportunity to be involved, with the chance to see their child feature on the cover.
Education and Training General Manager Erin Maloney says children thrive in a natural environment, whether it be at home with mum or dad or in childcare that replicates the comfort and security of home. This is why the competition is focused on finding the best photo of a child under five in their natural environment.
“With over 23 years’ experience in the home-based early childcare sector, PORSE has built its reputation on providing authentic relationships and experiences in a settled home environment. This is what we want our calendar images to portray,” Mrs Maloney says.
“We want to see your best photos so start scrolling through your camera for your favourite image – it could be a photo of your child having a tea party, climbing a tree, playing in the backyard or simply snuggled up on the couch with a book.”
To enter, people simply need to upload a photo of their child to the official photo competition post pinned to the top of the PORSE Facebook page and add the hashtags #PORSE and #naturalchildhood. People will then be able to vote for their favourite image and the photos with the most likes will determine the top 10 photos of the competition. PORSE management will select the ultimate winner from the voted top 10 images.
The winning family will have their photo featured on the cover of the PORSE 2019 Calendar and win prizes from competition partners Pureborn Organic and Expressions of Winter.
