Track is back out West

Track is back in West Auckland as the Sir Graeme Douglas International Track Challenge returns to Douglas Track & Field at The Trusts Arena.

Competing in the Track Challenge will be Olympic and Commonwealth medallist Tom Walsh, along with a host of top New Zealand and International athletes including Paralympian Lisa Adams.

17-year-old Edward Osei-Nketia will be competing in the 100 metre sprint. Osei-Nketi is one to watch after his victory in the senior men's 100-metre final at the Nationals last weekend in Christchurch.

Sir Graeme Douglas International Track Challenge is a family friendly, interactive athletics event. Witness the skill, power and athleticism of the world's best athletes from just metres away from specially designed track-side spectator areas. Grab your signatures and selfies after the event as they athletes stay and interact with the crowd.
