Eden Park Recognised At International Awards
Eden Park has been recognised on the global stage with two prestigious honours at TheStadiumBusiness Awards 2025 – a celebration of leadership, innovation, and achievement in the international stadium and venue industry.

New Zealand’s national stadium was awarded Event of the Year for the World’s Largest Haka, a powerful celebration of culture and connection that brought thousands together and captivated audiences worldwide. Eden Park also received the Sustainability & Community Award, recognising its long-standing commitment to environmental responsibility and creating positive community outcomes.
Nick Sautner, CEO of Eden Park, says the awards are a testament to the people behind the stadium’s success:
“We’re incredibly proud to see Eden Park recognised on the global stage. These honours affirm our position as a world-class venue delivering excellence across event experiences, sustainability, and operational performance. It’s a tribute to our dedicated team, our partners, and our community who share our vision for a venue that leads with purpose and impact.
A special acknowledgement goes to Dame Hinewehi Mohi DNZM (Ngāti Kahungunu/Ngāi Tūhoe), cultural ambassador for HAKA and co-founder of the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre, whose vision brought the World’s Largest Haka to life. We were honoured to provide the stage for such a powerful moment.”
