Small Works, Big Anticipation: The Turua Tiny Show Returns For 2025

One of Auckland’s most beloved and eagerly anticipated art events, the Turua Tiny Show returns for its fifth consecutive year on Friday 28 November 2025, with the doors opening at 5pm sharp. Each year, the event draws crowds who line up early, eager to secure a coveted piece from this charming and collectible exhibition, with works from most of Turua Gallery’s artists.
Featuring a curated collection of artworks measuring just 200mm x 200mm, the Tiny Show brings together an impressive lineup of Turua Gallery’s artists. The four-day exhibition has become known for its joyful atmosphere and beautiful, affordable works that make the perfect “to me, from me” treat, thoughtful gift, or exciting way to start – or grow – an art collection.
The opening night celebration is a highlight on the local arts calendar, with many of the exhibiting artists in attendance. Coinciding with the St Heliers Christmas Twilight Night, visitors can enjoy an evening of festive markets, live music, Santa sightings, and the lively spirit of community alongside the buzz of opening night at Turua Gallery.
There are no presales, ensuring the full collection is available when doors open at 5pm. The exhibition will also go live online from 6.30pm, allowing art lovers to view and purchase available works via the gallery’s website.
