23 JANUARY 2026

Two dumb dumbs, one birthday candle, and five million skits. This is Ava O’Brien and Peggie Barnes at their stupidest.
Stupid Stupid is the debut clown-comedy-cabaret by local artists Ava O’Brien and Peggie Barnes (nominated Most Promising Newcomer, Wellington Theatre Awards 2025).
Hitting NZ Fringe audiences February 14th-15th and in a shining new venue, The Loft at The Gods Paramount, no less. Let this be your Valentine's Night plans.
After years of friendship, competition, and spitting behind each other's backs, they’re finally putting it on stage… This is a variety show for people that like seeing a variety of options and talents if the variety of options and talents you like are just Ava and Peggie.
Going out for dinner? This is the show.
