Decision Reserved On Release Of Information Comparing British And Nz Universities
The High Court has reserved its decision on the application by the University of Auckland and the Victoria University of Wellington to stop the release of a comparison of research quality in British universities with NZ universities by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC).
The application was heard in the High Court in Auckland today (Tuesday 23 March) by Justice Williams.
The TEC will further consider the
release of any information about the PBRF results following
the
decision.
