Dear : Have you bought or sold a small business? Are you a business broker? If so, we’d like to hear your story for an interactive DVD we at Unitec New Zealand are producing called “How to Buy a Business”.

The DVD will have video and audio interviews, educational lessons, evaluation tools and business management tools such as valuation, budgeting and feasibility analysis.

We expect a shrink-wrapped version of it to be sold at bookstores and over the Internet. It’s part of a series we’re producing on topics vital to the start-up entrepreneur.

We’d like to consider doing an interview with you. You can tell your story (successful or unsuccessful) about the experience of buying or selling a small business. If you’d like to participate or if you know someone who should, call us or tell us when we can call you.
