On The Edge Launch with Paula Bennett
On Tuesday the 23rd of March Minister Paula Bennett and ON THE EDGE Youth Leadership Trust launched the ON THE EDGE events for 2010 and the first stage of the exciting new iCAN website.
The Launch was held in Parliament’s Grand Hall. As well as providing the chance to thank supporters of the Trust who have made this website launch possible, it also allowed ON THE EDGE to amaze and explain themselves to a new and different more mature crowd.
Ben Irving, founder of the trust, along with Minister Paula Bennett, each talked about the intentions of the Trust and progress into working together during the new and exciting year ahead. Eager to help making a difference easier to everyday Wellingtonians, the innovative new website will allow ON THE EDGE to share leadership insights, tools, resources, practical solutions and ideas with other youth leaders.
With numerous secondary school leaders attending this formal event and keen to learn more, ON THE EDGE is committed to harnessing this enthusiasm and hope the new iCAN website will contribute in their strive and contribution to youth leadership.
