Winners at Culinary Fare

Crown Institute of Studies Food & Beverage students outdid themselves at this years Auckland Regional Culinary Fare held in June and National Culinary Fare held in July.

At the Regional Culinary Fare a total of 14 medals were won by our students. 3 silver and 7 bronze medals in the Classic Cocktail category and 2 silver and 2 bronze in the Mocktail category.

At the National Culinary Fare Crown students won a total of 12 medals, 10 bronze and 1 silver in the innovative Cocktails category and 1 bronze in the Innovative Cocktails category.

We are very proud of our students efforts! They have worked very hard to prepare for these competitions and this year they have out done themselves, their efforts have really paid off.
