Three more medals have been one last night in the Swimming events at the World University Games in Shenzhen, China.
The gold medals were won by Lauren Boyle in the 400m freestyle and Gareth Kean won Gold in the 100m backstroke, with Kurt Bassett getting a bronze for 100 m backstroke.
“The success for New Zealand at the World University Games brings out total to 6 medals in the swimming events says Alayna Carter, Executive Director at University Sport.
Lauren Boyle, the 23 year old became the first New Zealander in any sport to win two gold medals at the Sumer Universiade.
