Nationwide Speaking Tour to Target Parents
A nationwide tour to lift student achievement in NCEA is targeting parents and the instigator of the inaugural tour makes no apologies for choosing to target parents.
“Parents play a pivotal role in the success of their children in NCEA. The stress levels in households across New Zealand are increasing in the lead up to exams and parents need to learn how they can get alongside their children to help motivate and support them to achieve better results” says Dunedin based Rakesh Pandey who has been tutoring students for over 30 years.
After a hugely successful launch of his groundbreaking software NCEA Eagle, Rakesh is embarking on a tour of the four main centres to empower parents through his new Smarter Study Seminars which he is delivering free for the public.
Rakesh is challenging parents to bring along their young people and sort NCEA preparation once and for all. “Students are taking the wrong approach, the days of boring revision are over. The internet has changed the way we view learning and the sooner schools adapt the better”
The goal of the seminar tour is to empower parents with the tools and knowledge to get alongside their young person and motivate them to achieve better results in NCEA.
