Paeroa College’s Tina Youngman was the winner of the Wintec Secondary Science Teacher/Educator/ Communicator Award at The KuDos Awards evening last night.
Tina’s successful contribution to increasing the numbers of students who study science at Paeroa College has earned her respect and support from her students and colleagues.
“Prior to the arrival of Tina at Paeroa College there were only a small handful of students even selecting Biology as a subject,” says Jocelyn Hale, the Deputy Principal of Paeroa College.
