Update from Phillipstown School
Phillipstown School’s Lawyer have been speaking with the Crowns Lawyers. The Crowns Lawyers have said that the Minister of Education is prepared to delay and defer the appointment of the Change Manager and Residual Manager for Phillipstown until 31st July 2014, because of the Boards concern that their prospect of challenging the lawfulness of the decision would be irrevocably prejudiced if the implementation of the merger is not deferred until the decision can be tested in court.
