Details on Partnership School Applicants Released

The Partnership Schools Authorisation Board today released further information about the parties who have applied to establish Partnership Schools/Kura Hourua to open in 2017 in the latest application round, which closed on 30 October.

"A total of 26 applications have been received and these have now been validated as compliant”, said Board Chair Catherine Isaac.

“Given the high level of public interest in the initiative, and in accordance with the terms of the application, we are pleased to release the names of the applicants, their chosen locations and the school types they are applying to establish.”

Ms Isaac said the detailed evaluation process which will be carried out over the next two months is now underway. Details of each application will be released at the conclusion of the assessment process.
