CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
Fulbright New Zealand calls for applications to a range of awards for New Zealand academics, artists, teachers and professionals to undertake academic and cultural exchanges to the United States of America. A Fulbright exchange provides life-changing opportunities to gain international experience and advance your career, to explore America, to share your culture and to make friends and colleagues from around the world. Grantees undertake an exchange to their choice of leading American universities, which are world renowned for their expertise and resources.
Fulbright-Creative New Zealand Pacific Writer’s Residency
Applications for the three month 2016 Fulbright-Creative New Zealand Pacific Writer’s Residency at the University of Hawai‘i are invited. The residency is available to mid-career or senior New Zealand writers of Pacific heritage to work on a project exploring Pacific identity, culture or history. One award valued at NZ$30,000 is granted each year, towards three months of writing. Applications close 1 March 2016.
Ian Axford (New Zealand) Fellowships in Public Policy
Applications are invited for the Ian Axford (New Zealand) Fellowships in Public Policy, for outstanding mid-career American professionals to research and gain firsthand experience of public policy in New Zealand. Two to four Fellowships valued at up to NZ$58,500 are granted each year, towards seven months of research. Applications close 1 April 2016.
