Food Recall Notice North Island Only

New Zealand Dairy Foods is recalling the following milk and cream products packaged in Tetra Pak cartons only.
* Anchor Bluetop - 1ltr, 600ml, 300ml, 150ml
* Anchor Lite Blue - 1ltr
* Anchor Supertrim - 1ltr
* Anchor Trim - 1ltr, 600ml, 150ml
* Anchor Calci-Xtra 1ltr, 600ml, 150ml
* Sun Latte - 1ltr
* Anchor Cream - 1ltr

The recall involves involves only products produced on 22 Oct 2001 and labelled with a Best Before 01 Nov 01. It includes only product packaged in Tetra Pak cartons and does not include any products packaged in plastic bottles. Routine testing has indicated the products may contain low levels of Listeria bacteria and the recall is being done as precautionary measure. What to do This product should not be consumed. To obtain a replacement voucher, phone 0800 968 574. There have been no reported cases of illness, however if any person has consumed this product and is concerned about their health they should seek medical advice. Normal healthy adults often don't experience any symptoms but it may affect the young, the elderly, pregnant or anyone with immune compromised status.

This recall relates only to the above products. All other Anchor and Sun Latte products are not affected.
