Calan Healthcare’s Ascot Clinics site Heads of Agreement Cancelled
Calan Healthcare Properties Trust (NZX Code: CHP) today announced that the Heads of Agreement entered into in October 2005, relating to the development of the Ascot Clinics site in Auckland, has been cancelled.
The developer cancelled the agreement following its decision to restructure. Discussions may be reinstituted following the restructure but at present the transaction is at an end.
