10/4/2006 A male with abdominal pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
12/4/2006 After a quad bike flipped a male was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
14/4/2006 The helicopter responded to Whitianga and transported a male with injuries sustained after a vehicle left the road to Waikato Hospital.
14/4/2006 The helicopter was stood down enroute to Coromandel.
15/4/2006 After tumbling on a wave in the surf at Piha a male was transported to North Shore Hospital.
15/4/2006 The helicopter was placed on standby for a missing kayaker at Piha. Stood down.
16/4/2006 A male was winched off the rocks at Bethells Beach after a fall and transported to North Shore Hospital.
16/4/2006 After a fall while tramping at Kennedys Bay (Coromandel) a woman was winched and taken to Thames Hospital.
16/4/2006 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
17/4/2006 A woman was winched from the Kaueranga Valley (Thames) after a fall and transported to Thames Hospital.
