Plunket opens new clinic in Whangaparaoa
Plunket opened the doors of its new Whangaparaoa clinic this week.
The clinic was blessed at an early morning ceremony on Monday šby Kaumatua, Reverend Fred Holloway (Nga Puhi).
The clinic, located under the Whangaparaoa Library, provides all the usual Plunket services including child health and development assessments and car seat rentals as well as ongoing parent education and support Tuesday to Friday. Home visits will continue to be available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The new premises are the result of a joint project between Waitemata Plunket and the Rodney District Council.
