Talks on the junior doctors’ dispute have concluded for the day with an agreement to meet again in just over a week.
The Lead Negotiator for the country’s 21 DHBs, Dr Nigel Murray – Interim CEO of Southland District Health Board – says he will not go into any detail about what was discussed at the negotiations.
“We’re continuing to work towards a solution that is agreeable to both parties and we plan to meet again on Monday 10 July.”
