HealthCare Providers Re Bellhaven Incident
Press Release from HealthCare Providers NZ Inc
Our sister moved into Belhaven over three years ago and has received good care to date.
We are shocked about what has happened but do not believe all the staff or the management are to blame.
Trish Cooper, the nurse manager, has been great to my sister and shown her nothing but care and respect.
We do not want our sister moved, it is her home and she likes living there. Moving her would be a detrimental to her health.
While we are glad that someone made the complaint, we are shocked that this person took her photo and then gave it to a newspaper, we feel this invades her right to privacy.
The family does not want any more contact with the media. The family wishes to remain anonymous.
