THE PERFECT MATCH!

Yahoo!Xtra and Match.com partner to provide a new dating channel

Leading New Zealand online media company Yahoo!Xtra is teaming up with the world’s largest dating site Match.com to create the Yahoo!Xtra dating channel.

The new dating feature, formed by the partnership of Yahoo!Xtra and Match.com, is now live on www.yahooxtra.co.nz, New Zealand’s Number One online portal.

“At Yahoo!Xtra we are constantly looking for ways to bring our users the best global online experience with a real New Zealand flavour,” said Yahoo!Xtra General Manager Laura Maxwell-Hansen.

“This new dating partnership offers New Zealanders all the advantages of Match.com’s outstanding service on Yahoo!Xtra, the country’s most-visited portal. For us, it allows another way to be the centre of people’s online lives.”

Benoit Baudon de Mony, General Manager Match.com International agreed the partnership offers many benefits to both organisations and their users.

“We are very proud of the Match.com product and are excited that we have been chosen to provide the exclusive dating channel on Yahoo!Xtra,” said Baudon de Mony. “By combining our 15 years experience and over 350,000 active Match.com members in New Zealand with Yahoo!Xtra’s four million users per month, we look forward to continuing our proven track record of successfully helping people find love.”
