Public lecture on advances in child cancer treatment
Leading international child cancer experts Professor Mike Stevens and Professor Tim Eden will be giving a public lecture this Saturday 29th October as part of the annual SIOP (International Society of Paediatric Oncology) conference being held in Auckland this week.
The speakers will look back on the achievements which have changed child cancer outcomes and discuss what the future holds. Each talk will be half an hour followed by question and answer session. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at www.starship.org.nz/siop or are available for purchase on the door. The income from all ticket sales will be donated to the Starship Foundation. All welcome.
