23 September 12
11.03 am	HLN	Waiheke Island	Responded to Waiheke Island for a female patient with a medical condition. She was transported to ACH.
1.20 pm	HLN	Waiheke Island	Responded to Waiheke Island for a male patient with a medical condition. He was transported to ACH.
1.47 pm	HLN	Huntly	Responded to Huntly for a quad bike accident. The female patient was transported to Waikato Hospital in a status 2 condition.
