New Zealand Doctors Can Now Access

New Zealand doctors now have access to Univadis, a free medical education and unbiased health information website for healthcare professionals.
MSD New Zealand Ltd, (MSD) provides the free Univadis service which is available in 80 countries and has almost three million registered users. It is rated as one of the top five websites for doctors worldwide.
Univadis contains no product advertising and the content is available in a mobile, tablet and iPad compatible format.
MSD New Zealand Director, Paul Smith, says, “We are proud to launch Univadis in New Zealand. It is a unique online medical education service which provides unbiased, reliable scientific information to doctors across New Zealand. The high quality online education will enable healthcare practitioners to expand their knowledge and expertise thereby offering better quality of care to patients.
“The content will be updated regularly and the website can be customised according to the interest and speciality of individuals, making it easy to search for relevant information. Also, because it is available on a mobile, tablet and iPad, it is quick and easy to access wherever you are.”
Univadis provides medical resources, accredited education courses, conference updates, 3D anatomy applications, the MSD manual, over 3000 medical images and a video library specifically tailored to keep doctors up-to-date with information from the world’s leading medical publishers.
MSD has also collaborated with The Lancet and the British Medical Journal, to source exclusive content. This includes “BMJ Learning”, articles, news, research papers, medical advancements and educational tools.
