Skykiwi Charity Night
Skykiwi Charity Night
To celebrate its 15th Anniversary, Skykiwi held a charity auction night, aptly named Loving Heart. Co-hosted by Heart Kids and Eye Magazine, the night was a huge success in raising funds and awareness to help children suffering from heart conditions.
Established in 2001, Skykiwi is a portal website featuring a wide variety of information about New Zealand. It is not only the communication channel of the Chinese mainstream society in New Zealand, but also an important channel for Chinese people to understand New Zealand.
“Skykiwi has been a trusted partner to New Zealand communities for 15 years.
Today, we not only want to extend the cultural bridge between China and New Zealand, but also want to shoulder greater social responsibility as a community member and as a new media outlet,” explains Ally Zhang, founder of Skykiwi.
Skykiwi acknowledged the generous donations from Yashili, ICBC New Zealand, Spark, Tristram European and Bayer New Zealand Limited.
