Norman writes: “We have had about 35 cm's of snow today, and its still snowing here at 11.00pm... All the roads are closed because of the amount of snow that has built up locally. The grader was here earlier today, but you wouldn't know it because of the vast amount of snow that has fallen since then. The snow is going to be here for quite some time.... ”
