Iraqi Military Build-up On Kuwait Border
Scoop's intelligence sources have reported that Kuwait has drafted emergency plans and cancelled all leave for its civil defence employees until further notice as its military officials report an Iraqi build-up on its border.
Scoop sources say the plan warns that the shiekdom is expected to be the first target of an Iraqi attack either prior to or during the soon expected U.S. military campaign to topple the regime of Saddam Hussein.
The plan will respond to both internal and external threats from the Iraqi regime. The plan covers the threat where Iraqi soldiers are expected to storm Kuwait while Iraqi agents will try to launch a sabotage campaign within the sheikdom.
Meanwhile, the U.S. is immediately providing Israel with more defensive technology to combat an expected missile attack from Iraqi.
