Another image from Norman McKay the environs of Lake Ohau, the most beautiful mountain village in the world. Norman writes: " I thought you might like this beauty for your site. I took it this morning at 0745. It was a chilly start to the day with the air temperature outside at only -3C. We also had a very heavy frost. The photo is of Mt Sefton, one of the most beautiful mountains in the southern alps. I get a perfect view of it from my front deck, and with the right timing I can get some truly beautiful photos when the light is right. The sun was just beginning to rise behind the Ben Ohau range."
